Shipping
We offer free shipping in the US for all orders via the United States Postal Service, and affordable flat rate international shipping for all other countries. Import/customs fees determined by destination country.
Exchanges
We want you to love your Darzah goods. If you would like to exchange your product for another size or item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt via email at hello@darzah.org. One time exchanges on shoes for a different size are free of charge in the US. For international exchanges, please contact us. Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.
Returns
If you find that you are dissatisfied with your shoe order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt and we would be happy to provide a refund or exchange for store credit, as long as the product is in original condition. Shoes must be unworn. There is an $10 Return Fee that will be held from your refund to cover shipping + restocking costs. All returns after 15 days will be refunded with store credit. Bags, accessories, and home goods may be exchanged for another item but not returned for a refund. Please contact us directly for more details at hello@darzah.org.
We cannot offer refunds on custom made products.
In case of a damaged shipment due to inclement weather, please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of the order by emailing us at darzah@childscupfull.org. We will arrange an exchange of the item as soon as possible.
Delivery & Customs Policy
Once an order has been shipped, Darzah is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by the customer being unavailable at the delivery address at the time of delivery. If a courier service (including USPS or any other carrier) attempts delivery and the package cannot be received, any reshipping fees, return shipping charges, or related costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the courier or local customs authority upon delivery.
Darzah is unable to reimburse or refund orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
SHOE SALE
We offer free exchanges for US orders only on any size or style. NO RETURNS.
Clearance
All clearance sales are final, unless customer agrees to cover the cost of shipping for an exchange.
