PERFECTION

I first saw these beautiful oxfords about a year ago at a trade show and made the mistake of trying them on, despite knowing I wouldn't be able to purchase them. I loved them then, and adore them even more now that I've purchased so many other pairs of black flats in trying to satisfy my quest. I needed a simple pair of black flats that were comfortable and sleek that I could wear to work. I purchased several pairs of Tom's, leather JSlides, and Rothy's. Eventually, I surrendered and ordered the Tatreez Oxford and couldn't be happier. It is a beautiful shoe with NO imperfections. Its a nice leather, with the perfect "heel" (maybe one inch?), that I now plan to hem any new pants to be able to wear with this shoe. The tatreez is a lovely embellishment to the otherwise simple shoe without being overwhelming. Also, as an additional bonus, the location happens to alleviate where my slight bunions are making this shoe even more comfortable! And knowing that I am supporting refugee and low-income Palestinian women artists in the West Bank makes every penny worth it. These shoes were built to last, but my next show purchase will also be from Darzah!
