- Our Story
Finally - a pair of flats that look good, feel good and do good! Our D’orsay is strong, solid, and hand-embroidered with a traditional tatreez motif by women artisans in Palestine.
Our tatreez leather D'orsay is a modern take on a traditional Palestinian art form. Each pair is hand-embroidered by refugee and low-income women artisans with traditional Palestinian tatreez motifs and then handcrafted with locally sourced leather in Al Khalil (Hebron).
Due to the leather construction of this style, you can expect a minimal break-in period before the shoes stretch slightly and molds to the shape of your feet.
We offer free exchanges for US orders of any size or style.
True aspirations cannot be stopped by limitations. By creating these 100% handmade Tatreez items, over 30 ambitious women of the West Bank have found a way to handcraft their dreams with Darzah.
Darzah is a project of Child's Cup Full, a non-profit enterprise. 80% of every dollar you spend goes directly to funding long-term job opportunities for women in Palestine.
Your non-profit contributions play a huge role in bringing a positive change to the lives of our women artisans and their families in Palestine. Donations are Zakat eligible and endorsed by Al-Sheikh Ebad Al-Hamid Atah Bethlehem, Palestine. All donations are tax-deductible.
Very comfortable- much better than any other shoes I have worn including shoes from known brands. My sister and I ended up buying other shoes from Darzah as well which did not disappoint.
Got them today and simply love them. I want to thank you for giving us a chance to be part of such a wonderful venture.
I love my shoes! The design is beautiful & the quality is amazing. The shoes matches with a lot of my outfits & I'm amazed at how comfortable they are.
